A. Purpose:

2. When facing the machine, place the wire on the left and take it up on the right. The wire rack has a wire reel and a motor belt transmission part equipped with a safety shield and a lifting limit switch

5. The bottom plate material of the entire machine is 25mm thick, the side plate of the body is 16mm, the top sealing plate is 6mm folded plate welded, and the safety door is 4mm folded plate. It is combined with SBR25 linear guide rail to achieve the opening and closing of the safety door.

D. Payoff host

1. Applicable cable reel Φ 630mm.

2. Shaftless pay-off, equipped with 15HP German Siemens (SIEMENS) motor and 15HP Hipmount frequency converter.

3. The frequency converter controls the wire tension and automatically adjusts it. The wire speed is synchronized with the production line speed, and is not limited by the speed of wire take-up to avoid wire damage caused by stretching, thus ensuring the quality requirements of the wire material

4. Control: All electrical components are imported. Equipped with start, stop, forward rotation, and reverse control devices, it can automatically track the speed of the take-up host and control it in conjunction with the take-up machine. It can automatically stop when the wire is broken.

5. Wire reel lifting: equipped with an electric oil pressure pump (voltage 220V) and a 130 jack.

6. Cable coil tightening: Double pneumatic, manual button locking with self locking valve, which will not loosen in case of gas pipe disconnection.

E. 1.8M tension frame

1. The rack is made of high-quality profile steel and welded steel plates, which are sturdy and beautiful.

2. The operating surface is equipped with two aluminum alloy doors, upper and lower, and the entry lines on both sides are fully enclosed structures.

3. The upper and lower sliding are equipped with imported linear bearings, which are convenient and flexible for upper and lower sliding, with a stroke of 1000mm.

4. Material of tension wheel: 4+5 pieces Ф 200 alloy aluminum, treated with ceramic spray at the bottom of the trench, equipped with inlet and outlet guide wheels on the left and right sides. The tension is controlled by a counterweight to achieve the desired online tension, and the tension can be adjusted arbitrarily; Automatically control the speed of the take-up rack through PID.

5. Automatically track the speed of the production line to maintain a constant take-up speed and tension.

6. Speed: The maximum payout speed is greater than 1000 meters/minute.
